When section of the treat, MxPx was at the same time signed to Tooth & Nail Records and A&M Records. When A&M was bought by Interscope, MxPx was dropped, leaving them unsigned. Around 2004, MxPx signed to SideOneDummy Records, & freed the newly DVD and Acoustic EP under that label.

It used to be that few years, MxPx has been accumulating fame. Their hit lone "I'm Okay, You're Okay" standard good deal radio instance when you took a late xc, also when their 2nd radio hit "Responsibility" from either a album "The Ever Passing Moment".
